Because every case is printed to order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund.
Yes — open any product flagged 'Custom Studio' and either tweak the preset or upload your own image. We'll print exactly what you submit, so check your file is high-res and yours to use.
